Table Talk Pie Site Redevelopment

We are proud to be spearheading the redevelopment of the iconic 4-acre Table Talk Pies manufacturing site in the vibrant Canal District. As this area undergoes an exciting revitalization, this multiphase mixed-income, mixed-use development will contribute to its transformation. Nestled adjacent to the newly constructed ballpark for the Worcester Red Sox, this highly sought-after location offers unparalleled opportunities.

The first project, 120 Washington, commenced construction in October 2022 and is comprised of 83 affordable housing units in a seven-story building. Units will be offered at income levels ranging from 30% AMI to 60% AMI and amenities include a fitness center, community room, and remote workspace.

The City of Worcester is taking proactive measures to attract new residents, visitors, and businesses, embracing both small- and large-scale redevelopment initiatives. The strong local support for this project is a testament to its potential to invigorate the community further.

68 Church Green Townhomes is a new construction development comprised of (30) two-bedroom townhomes. The site consists of approximately 1.75 acres with an abandoned 14,000 SF single-story building that was previously used for medical offices. The project will utilize funding from MassHousing’s Commonwealth Builder Program and will be sold to first-time home buyers with an annual household income less than 100% of AMI. Construction is scheduled to start in late 2023.
